Delivery Information

When you order from Lur, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our aim is to despatch all items within 1-2 business days. 

UK Orders

We use Royal Mail for all our online orders as we believe this provides the best service for our customers. Our standard Free Delivery service is sent via Royal Mail 2nd class which usually gets there within 3 days but it can be up to 5. We also have an option for you to send 1st class on our website if you would like to pay the additional top up amount and this provides a delivery service of 1-2 days. 

If your order is for a special occasion or you need it by a certain date, please get in contact with us so we can do everything possible to make sure your products are with you on time. 

We Ship Internationally 

We love the fact that people like our products so much that they go to the effort to buy from us here in Scotland from their homes around the globe. For International delivery, we've set up postage zones and have a different rate depending on what zone you are in and based on our shipping couriers costs. Please find our international shipping costs below and allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We will notify you when your order leaves our Head Quarters in Scotland. The fees listed below will allow multiple candles to be selected and shipped to your address. 

USA - £20 

Canada and Europe - £30

Asia - £30

All other areas - £30.
